Quinta Conference Center offers 340 guest
rooms, 40 of which are two room suites with
a microwave and refrigerator. Guest rooms
feature cable television with In-Room Movies
(Pay Per View), Nintendo, in-room coffee makers,
hairdryers, irons and iron boards. All guest
room telephones include voice mail and data
port access. A complimentary First Light
Breakfast is served daily and complimentary
coffee is served on a 24-hour basis in the
hotel lobby. La Quinta offers 2 outdoor pools,
one of which is heated and has a Jacuzzi,
an on-site Fitness Center, a 1/8 mile jogging
track with a grassy area and picnic tables
and an on-site Gift Shop, open daily. Guests
may also dine at any one of the seven restaurants
located adjacent to the hotel.

Quinta Inn provides transportation to &
from D/FW Airport. Both hotels provide transportation
to & from the hotel to the Arlington Convention
Center. Officials and
Organizing Committee members will stay at the
La Quinta Inn Conference Center. Workshops and
Seminars will also be held here.

When making your hotel reservations, be sure
